After moving from Manhattan to Long island 3 years ago and being a very dedicated yogi for 12yrs and a teacher myself for a year, I had difficultly finding an authentic yoga studio. When I came to Balance I was truly impressed with the quality of teachers and the true traditions of yoga that are offered. Their teachers are experienced and inspirational. I finally found a great fit and it has been my studio choice ever since. The new studio setting is beautiful and provides a peaceful, tranquil experience.
