Warm, loving, compassionate and accepting. This is what I have found here at Balance Yoga & Healing Arts Center. It is my home where I am very comfortable to express my true self and find peace. It is my school where I constantly learn and grow. One will find balance and healing here. This is a truly authentic yoga center. Teachers are very experienced, dedicated and love what they do. So much is offered here at Balance there is something for everyone to study from the very young to well those of us who have been around some time. The studio itself is beautiful, one feels at peace as soon as they walk in, as if they traveled somewhere far away. I love Balance Yoga & Healing Arts Center and will continue my journey with them. Peace to all.
