After being dissapointed with 2 agents that were either too busy for me or just didn't care to make a sale, I found Ruben Orozco online searching for info on short sales, I was hesitant, but nevertheless contacted him - and I was impressed at his professionalism and follow up, I listed my short sale with him and he kept me informed on a daily basis, sent me activity reports and just provided an overall great service, he really went out of his way to promote my sale. my home is now sold. He will alwas be recomended.
