Review content:
After reading reviews I decided to take my TagHeuer to Watch Galaxy for a battery reseal, water resistant pressure test, and cleaning. The owner was very friendly and thanked me for trusting him. He called me the following morning and told me my watch was ready for pick up. I picked up the watch and paid.
Less than 2 weeks after I picked up my watch it was not working. I went back to Watch Galaxy and expressed my concern with the watch not working after spending over $100 and hoping I could trust the owner. The owner began to look at the watch and said it was because I had loosened the stem and water had seeped into the watch. I shared with him that I never touched the stem of the watch, because he had set the time when I left his store. He then shared with me that he needed to replace pieces inside of the watch and I asked him to not change anything inside the watch, but to close it and I would get a second opinion. He did not offer me anything for his error or lack of knowledge with what I asked him to do with the watch. I have owned the watch for over 10 years and never have had a problem.
I then went to another watch repair and sales store in Boulder. They fixed my watch and were concerned about when it was last serviced.
