Terrible customer service and they cheat you. I came in to get two 6x9 Alpine SD speakers installed in my civic. I bought them from a friend and so they had been rolling around in my trunk for a few months so i wanted to make sure they were still working. So i asked the manager to test them before installing them. He said no problem and so I came back 2 hours later only for him to tell me that the one of the speakers is blown out. I trust him... BIGGEST MISTAKE... and so i buy a new set of rockford fosgate 6x9 speakers (which were worse than the ones i brought in) and then pay him for installation. ONLY TO FIND OUT MONTHS LATER when I had the chance to test them both that both of the Alpine 6x9 speakers worked PERFECTLY, no rips, no tears in the seams... nothing. He ripped me off, made me wait twice as long as I should have, and made me buy a worse set of speakers so he could get an extra $60... ridiculous.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
