Review content:
My husband and I celebrated our 3month anniversary (newlyweds!) at Savannah Red while we were in town for the weekend. It was wonderful all-round. The service was friendly and not snobby, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was romantic. We started out with the ""Lobster Cobbler"" - it was divine. The chef who came up with that recipe should receive an award. The saffron ice-cream that melts into the savory lobster filling is lovely. Our entrees, Steak & Eggs and Shrimp & Grits, were delicious. My steak was perfectly cooked, and the egg over creamed spinach complimented it well. My husband loved his shrimp and grits... and I must agree, they were the smoothest, creamiest grits we had ever tasted.
