Review content:
I thought ISU Credit Union was okay. Then they messed up one of my deposits. Apparently, a teller put too much money in my account. However, when the bank discovered they made an error they never told me. When I made my next deposit and found out I was short $100 in my account I was upset. No one at the bank could figure out why my receipt from my last deposit showed I had more money in my account. After a few hours the bank figured out what happened. They had an attitude most of the time even though they made the error and never informed me. Also, they were shocked when I pulled out all my money and switched to Chase Bank. A bank should inform a client when the bank realizes they made an error. I found out a month later and had to bring my receipts of previous transactions to show what happened. Even once they ""figured out"" what happened they still could not fully explain how or why the error was made and why I was not informed.
Pros: On campus
Cons: Not reliable
