My Dad bought cars from McCoy Motors 40 years before I even used the service. Now, I have been using them for about 20 years, to service both personal and business vehicles. It has been a good, long relationship. I know all of the McCoy family members and they know me by first name.
I like their diagnostics service. I know that they try really hard to give you a good estimate upfront. I also like that they provide donuts and coffee if you have to wait, and they will give me a ride home if I need one. If I call and tell them that I want the car washed, they will wash it for me.
McCoy Motors also keeps me informed about how long something will take and they call me on my cell phone when the car is ready. If they need to order parts, they let me know so that I can decide whether to leave the car there or bring it back after the parts have arrived.
A couple of times, when I have gone in with the wrong credit card, they have even given me a credit and allowed me to call back with the correct card number. If you want good service, go to McCoy Motors.
