THIS IS MY FIRST MESSAGE REGARDING ANY COMPANY. DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL DROP YOU IN A SECOND. WE DID NOT HAVE HEAT & THEY TOLD US TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. WE COMPAINED ONCE IN ALMOST FIVE YEARS & THIS IS HOW THEY TREATED US. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE FACT THAT IT WAS COLD OUT & WE DID NOT HAVE HEAT. WE STILL HAD OVER 100 GALLONS OF PRE-PAID OIL & WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE SENT A REFUND. IT HAS BEEN A WHILE & WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND FOR THE REMAINING OIL.
