I moved in these apartments a short while ago. I have never ever been treated so rudely by office management in my lifetime and I am 57. The rental agent here knew I had 3 miniature doggies when I moved in. I mentioned them to her excessively while we were talking about me moving in. There signs and notices say dogs and cats allowed. They knew I have my doggies. I wasn't going to move in but deceided I would try and make a go of it beings my mother lives here and is ill. I moved from PA. They waited till I bought a $400 air conditioner to tell me I had to get rid of 2 of my dogs or get out and they would start legal proceedings. I asked them what they meant by legal proceedings what would happen, they couldn't give me any answers. I even called the main owners Friedman Realty Group and asked them with them not giving me any information either. I found a place and told them I would be out by the first but they say if I do that I'm breaking my lease and I would have to pay them 3 months rent. Well, how am I suppose to come up with 3 months rent and pay to get into another apartment with first and last and security deposits and pet deposits, it's just impossible. I hate these apartments. They have the worst staff I have ever ever seen. No compassion, totally rude, not at all professional. Believe from me don't lease here or your looking to live a living hell. I am so stressed out with no answers right now and I have to worry about where me and my baby girls are going to go. I am NOT giving any of them away as I was told to do.
