Walked in on a Friday night at 7pm at the suggestion of the Hotel staff. The place was empty. I mean the only sign of life was the dozen or so wait staff standing at the bar hoping someone would show up to earn a tip.\r They sat my girlfriend and I at a table for two outside. I asked to be seated at a table for four so we could sit next to eachother and they refused to seat us. Again the place was empty. The server was afraid to even ask the manager if it was ok. I travel 70% of the month and dine out often. I have never seen such stupidty in my life, We went to another place for dinner and shared our story as we were in disbelief. The staff there knew the situation all too well and enjoyed the extra business they get from the Grill 66's reputation. I would'nt spend a penny there. The management lacks any customer service appreciation and forgets how fragile the industry is in given the economy. I guess their business plan is one of profitless prosperity until the doors close or the Hyatt wakes up and says enough and kicks them out,
