My wife and I dined here in late December on a Thursday eve. ""Packed in there"" is how I would describe the tables, thus creating a very noisy atmosphere.
The servers and bus-staff all wear the same uniforms. You think there are lots of servers, but there really arent.
After waiting about 5 minutes, one server-type told us that even though he wasn't our server, he would go ahead and get our water.
When our server finally did arrive, he took our drink, appetizer, and meal choices right then. After about 10 more minutes, I finally stopped someone and asked them for some of the bread everyone else had.
Our appetizer was delicious (buffalo shrimp), and our meal, when it finally came about 30 minutes later, was good too.
All in all, the food is good, but the service and the ambience could use a lot of work.
