Review content:
I had a computer built from this store and was never informed regarding any warranty and after 5 months the video cards installed stop working. I took the computer to their store to get it fix and found out the warranty is only 15 DAYS (it was written on the receipt) and was offered to buy one year year warranty which is almost cost of the new computer. I spoke to the manager and was told that I have to pay $50 for diagnosis and for courtesy he will replace the part for free. After 3 days the technician called me and said my computer was ready for pick up, I picked it up the next day and took it home without checking the pc come to find out they never replace the card at all they just took it off. I found out about it when I tried to play games and I get the message that the computer doe's not have enough graphics to play the game. I never went back to have it replace cause it's just a waste of time for me the card cost less than $20. This is a bad place to do business. It should be minus in my rating.
