I love going to Sparks when I am in Apex! I will go out of my way to have one of their lunch specials!!! Try the chef salad or the pork bbq sliders!!! My wifes loves the ribs and the choices of sauces to put on the sliders! I love the wings, jap. bites, and after living in Texas, Sparks has good brisket. A lot better than Danny's Bqq down the street, but both places could work on the smoke ring a little bit! The other thing I love about sparks is that they do a lot for the community! Everything from fundraiser for children and letting us do toys for tots gift drive at the resturant. Go to Sparks and enjoy the BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
