I have had two opportunities to shop at this store, one with my first pregnancy, and now with my second. My first experience was wonderful, partially due to the fact that the bras I selected were in stock. The fitting for my second visit was excellent again, but I waited nearly 8 weeks for my bras after being told it would take 3 weeks. I called after 4 weeks and again 6 weeks, but was asked to be patient, they were to arrive ""any day now"". After a third message left two days ago, the owner (I believe) contacted me, and she promptly took care of it - I received my order today. I expected more after paying over $300.00 but appreciate that when the issue fell into the right hands, it was resolved immediately.
Pros: selection, expert fitters
Cons: slow shipping, poor communication
