Review content:
So firstly, chris makes me meet him in a walgreens parking lot instead of at an office, and shows up late. His clothes are filthy, and he has brown stains across the back of his pants so that it looks like he pooped his pants. his back seat is trashed with birdseed boxes full of papers (his office), and he keeps asking me the same questions over an over because he can't remember what I was looking for or what my price range was, and he hadn't prepared before hand so he didn't know what he should show me.
I noticed he had a lot of cans of cat food in his car, and thought it was kind of wierd. Then found out this guy was really strange because I got sunburned waiting outside his car while he stopped to feed and play with stray cats at one of the apartments he was showing me. He also spent most of his time on the phone talking to other clients and trying to take care of parking tickets.
After two hours of him showing me places that were not in the area i wanted, and out of my price range I told him to take me back to my car and booked another realtor. The new guy had an office, was very professional and found my dream apartment within an hour.
Later that day Chris called me to see what apartment I wanted to rent from him. When I told him I wouldn't be needing his services he got really angry and started yelling at me (while with another client in his car) and I hung up. Two hours later once he ditched his client (or they ran away) he called me back to yell at me some more about loyalty.
Loyalty is earned creepo. You didn't even come close.
Pros: I wasn't killed
Cons: Serious Creep
