Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I thought they were supposed to come to you, not the other way around. We actually had to go INSIDE the office to get someone's attention - Even though some woman kept looking at us out the window. We were about to leave, but decided instead to go in and see where everyone was - We actually thought the place was close. We wanted to check out an SUV that we found online. The guy was on the phone, and the woman was laying across their couch and asked US to find the key to the SUV on their key pegboard because she couldn't find it. The SUV whined and groaned and looked very worse for wear. It DID have a dvd player, pointed out by the large hole in the roof that they didn't bother to repair. Not a good experience.
