Calling this company will be THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE! My sister lives in our family's modest 600sf condo and had a running toilet. She made the HUGE MISTAKE of calling this place and paid the price. Guy showed up and charged $80 for walking through the door. Then used the scare tactic of ""the toilet water may be backing up in the drinking water"". NEVER FALL FOR THIS!!! They charged $500 to fix a $50 toilet bowl. She notified me during this process and I argued with them - $500 what are you tearing down the walls??? (I just had a brand new Kohler toliet installed for $275 total in my house) Guy responds- ""No, parts needed to be replaced in the toilet bowl and your sister signed off for a $500 repair"".. ""-and We don't know what we're getting in to with this toilet bowl repair, it could take 5 hours"" Yeah right buddy, it's a cheap toilet bowl, not a ferrari engine... I told them why in world would you spend (charge) $500 to repair a crappy $50 builder stock toilet? after already working for 45 minutes he replied he was almost done and the fee is a flat fee - NO MATTER WHAT. I told him to take an hours wage and leave and he told me it would be $400. (Apparently he is a brain surgeon). I told him to justify $500 repair for 45 minutes of labor and a few brass plumbing parts, and the reply was my sister, currently in college, would be in collections if she failed to pay $500 for the 45 minute repair. She paid $400 (guy was nice enough to knock off $100 after he was in and out in less than hour).. YOU READ THIS AND CALL THIS PLACE YOU ARE A CERTIFIED IDIOT!! plain and simple.. This place is a scam..Their business model is driven by rip offs!!
