Called and made an appointment for a free estimate - waited around all day while nobody bothered to show up. Finally got the owner to come out and look at my property with a promise that he would place a bid in my mailbox the next day. I let him know that I wanted to have the project completed by the end of the week and he made it sound like that wouldn't be a problem. At least 3 phone calls and many promises to drop the proposal off the next morning ... a week has passed and still NO BID! Way to be completely unreliable and unprofessional! May 27, 2011
