I went to these YAHOOS to get a custom applique designed and produced. Their so-called graphic designers sent me mock up's of designs that were possibly current 10 years ago. Because I was pressed for time, I went with a design that I was not happy with and was over-charged for the art. When I received my apparel, which was a week late, half had stitching already coming out. They looked really bad. The sales Rep I had to deal with, his name is Rick, was a total A-Hole. You should see this guy! A total idiot. He looks like one of those guys that played high school football and looks back on that period as the best time in his life. I would recommend going elsewhere for your embroidery and applique needs.
