My experience with ADT and Americas Ultimate Security has been a nightmare. I was sent to collections for non payment and threaten to have a lien place on my disabled mother's home. ADT and AUS blame each other for billing error on their part ...all this time my bill was CURRENT. Their miscommunication caused my mother to get stressed which caused her a bout with fibromyalgia. Mike G and his bull dogs from collection company harassed my mother until they got their kick. When ADT & AUS cleared everything up, I called Mike G for a letter in writing clearing THEIR confusion and because I told him I needed the letter, Mike G said I was now threatening him and continued blaming my mother and I for their error. He stated if he wished he could still leave our account with collections. As like their customer service, unsure if I will get that letter.
Cons: BAD SERVICE- People BEWARE!
