Review content:
I live here and the landlords dont do anything to fix your apartments. I have an oven that needs to be replaced according to PG&E and they havent replaced it. I have a furnace that had to be turned off because they replaced it with a cheap one and it was building up carbon monoxide and the installer wasnt a professional. The landlord has parties and in the morning there is broken glass everywhere and they would rather work on cars then fix anything needing to be fixed. worse apartments in the world and the landlords dont care and im only here until i can find somewhere else. The laundry room has only 3washers for 50 tennants and you can never find a washer because people who arent residents come here to wash there clothes. This place use to be nice but not anymore. My drain in my bathtub needs to be closed or my neighbors water comes into my tub. The landlord said he ran a snake and fixed it but it still drains over and he says there is nothing wrong.
Pros: nice area and right across from a flower stand and xmas tree lot
Cons: landlords dont fix anything and place is unkept and dirty
