Since we moved over a year ago from L.A./O.C....we have not found a sushi chef as the ones we are use to in SoCal. Our favorite chef is Endo in the Orange County area. So it was difficult..but we went all over the Seattle area just to find one that can compare. At last...we found him...MANABU!!! Perfectionist, Fresh seafood, love the sashimi it just melts in your mouth. Toro is great when available. My husband enjoys the Volcano. I think I like just about everything on the list. We drive from Kent to dine here..and it is well worth it.
Pros: Fresh Seafood
Cons: Too far for me but worth the drive
