If you have ever felt like you have spent your whole life trying one diet plan after another to just feel discouraged or gain everything back - the Ideal Protein life style is for you! It's not just another crazy diet - it is a whole new way of thinking about food and what you eat. I've personally tried numerous diets - Jennie Craig, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, etc and have never had such quick and lasting results. But it?s not just my results that amaze me ? it is the fact that everyone I know who has tried Ideal Protein has had the same positive results! It all started when a friend of mine decided to try Ideal Protein and I seemed to magically watch her shrink in size ? in less than 5 months she lost over 60 lbs and looked great! So I finally broke down and asked her more about the diet and have never looked back. My husband and I started by going to an Open house at Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness Center and started immediately afterwards. In 8 weeks of being on Phase 1 of the diet, my husband had already reached his goal weight loss of 45 lbs and I am happy to say that after 24 weeks I?ve reached my own of 50 lbs! But to me what has been even more amazing is my husband has been able to maintain his weight as well by following the basic principles we learned during Phase 1 while including all the foods and drinks he wants. The whole experience has been fabulous! The food tastes great and the coaches down at the Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness Center are some of the most supportive and informative people to have on your side!
