When not working on adjusting my back, Dr. Parker has helped me fix pain in my jaw from clenching to showing me techniques on how to properly stretch tight hamstrings. They have become my one stop shop for all the body aches I encounter. They are also great about charting your progress so you can clearly see and feel your improvements.
