Review content:
The building is impressive with three floors, 30,000 sq ft, and the staff is friendly and approachable. But after being open two years, many things still aren't fixed, no sauna, no mirror in the men's locker room, TVs only get 4 preset lo-fi channels, and they still never finished a lot of the trim work. You still can't get hot water in the men's restroom to shave with. The place is too big, there is no energy. The high admission price is worth it if you prefer to work out alone in a big empty gym. I've been going to gyms for 20 years, and this is the most unenthusiastic gym I've ever seen. Hope they turn it around soon, or I'm out.
Pros: new equipment, friendly staff, lotsa room to spread out
Cons: unfinished projects everywhere, expensive compared to other local gyms
