Review content:
I wanted a carpet cleaner that was safe for my baby, so based on the website's information, I chose chemdry of wake county. The technician was great, very friendly and professional and did a great job. No complaints on that front. That evening while playing on the floor with y daughter, I developed an allergic reaction to the chemicals they used for cleaning - a red rash that burned on my forearms (the only skin exposed to the carpet). My daughter developed a cough which may or may not have been a reaction to the chemicals. I called to ask if they could come steam the carpet -with just water- to get rid of the chemicals and they said they would charge me the full price. Now, I expected to pay something for the cleaning, but I think full price for just water is unreasonable. So, I have had to hire another carpet cleaning company to come and remove the chemicals deposited by chemdry of wake county.
