Review content:
After our new puppy jumped up on our sectional and peed, I was thrilled to be able to reach this company on a Sunday and get an appointment for the following morning! Even more thrilling was the phone call from Amy in the office to let me know their technician was running 5 minutes late - never had anyone do that before. Unfortunately, that's where the good service ended. When the tech arrived, he started off by complaining that it had taken an hour to get to our home. Then, he informed me that the price of cleaning our sectional (just cleaning, not even the pet odor service!) would be double what I was quoted by phone. Apparently, Amy at the office had recorded that we have a chaise, not a sectional, even though I had described in detail what we have - a love seat attached to a chaise - she had relayed the wrong info. Amy informed me they would price it as a sofa, since it is approximately the size of a large sofa, and the price was reflecting the use of one of the coupons on their website. He haughtily informed me, ""I wouldn't even clean a sofa for that much money, so why would I charge that little or this?"". As if it's my job to have known that! This rude young man was subsequently thrown out, and a c all to Amy produced no sympathy nor offer of compromise. I don't give my money to rude, unprofessional businesses.
