I should have done my research prior to getting my car fixed at this horrible place. Someone recommended them and the location was convenient for me. I beg you please read the negative reviews by other unsatisfied customers. You can read the reviews via yellowpages. I brought my car in about one month ago (early in November). Today is Dec. 12th, 2011 and I STILL do not have it back. Everyday they have an excuse why my car isn't finished. Just like all the other negative reviews. I am going through the EXACT same thing. I had to borrow my niece's car which caused a rift between my sister and I. Everyone in the family had to change their schedules around because I needed the car to get back and forth from 2 jobs. This situation has caused stressed for my entire family. I am on the verge of suing this company for everything they have!! They have made my life a living nightmare and I'm on the verge of having a nervous breakdown. This place deserves zero stars from me if that was an option. I am glad to see that I am not alone in this battle. I hope this place close down so they can stop abusing innocent people!!! I am going to get my car out even if it is not ready because I have no other options. I need my car so I can go to work and support my family. Stay away from this unethical, unprofessional, and unworthy business. I am going to report them to the BBB so no one else will get caught up in this scam!!!
