Review content:
I'd like to warn any pet owners to stay far away from Eastlake Vet. Their customer service is horrible, not to mention it's highway robbery with the prices they charge. In my opinion Dr. Fullerton is not professional or compassionate. i've been trying to give them a chance for years, but this last incident where they actually balked at the idea of giving my dog a general physical exam, shocked and confused me. They actually called 1 hour before the appt, to tell me they'd rather not do the exam. WHAT?!? A simple physical exam? Call me crazy, but aren't vet's supposed to exam your pets? I am finally switching vets, and I suggest you do the same. This place is a sham, not at all a class act especially when your lovely pets are concerned. Pros: location, parking Cons: terrible service, unprofessional
