I just moved here from California, and I am in love with this store. Everyone that works here, are so nice. The lady who works here in the mornings, is such a sweetheart. I believe she is the owner. She always has nice things to say and takes a sincere amount of effort to get to know you. Every time I am there, I feel as though she knows the names of everyone that walk in the store including me. Amazing customer service. Her son, Bobby, is also very nice, friendly guy to talk to. This mom n pop shop delivers excellent customer service. I use this store in my seminars at work when I talk about high level of customer service. This store has been here for awhile, and I think the key to sucess is how well you know your customer.
