Review content:
Called on the phone to make a phone order for pick up from a week from now, the girl on the phone was condescending and pretty rude. They should state on the website you can not make a order on the phone but have to come in, She stated you can not place same day orders?! Isn't this a store? These are balloons NOT cakes. I was really just ticked off at how rude and seriously condescending this kid working for the company was.
