I had my sick cat Kenobi seen by Dr. Mark after I had already taken cat to Vets for Less across street. Dr. Mark was so much more thorough and caring and really communicated with me about Kenobi's situation. He has a lot of compassion. His clinic is equipped to do xrays and Vets for Less is not. I also appreciate that he is genuinely concerned about my cat as he loves cats and he even has 3 cats in the office. He takes the time to explain what is going on with my cat and what my options are and I really appreciate that. I love that Dr. Mark got on the phone and talked to me about my cat when I originally called the office and he also called me and talked to me personally about blood test results. I have gone back a second time to have one of the assistants teach me how to do IV fluid for Kenobi and she was very caring and helpful. Both assistants I have met are very nice. I am happy to report that Kenobi is recovering remarkably well thanks to Dr. Mark's good judgment administering an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory to Kenobi, recommending KD cat food, fluids and a laxative which has helped tremendously. Kenobi is up and at em again and eating and digesting his food and grooming himself and just a lot better than I could have dreamed. I will only take Kenobi and his brother Anakin to this vet from now on. I STRONGLY recommend anybody to take their pet to this vet.
