Review content:
Do not rent from this complex. They do not respond to maintenance requests. Their staff enters your apartment without you knowing it and then the office denies it. I had my locks changed because I thought it was a former friend entering the apartment but after the locks were changed there was still evidence that someone was entering my apartment. The office does not respond to questions or concerns. In January they said I had unpaid late fees. I requested an accounting but it took them 3 months to provide me one, all the time adding additional late fees. They have a pool but it is rarely open. They have a hot tub but it is only open when the office is open. When I moved in I was told there is an exercise room but it is never open. Teens and preteens run rampant around the complex, skateboarding and hanging out on the parking lots, and will not move when you pull on the parking lot. During the winter they do not salt or scrape the parking lots. The garbage piles up for days and is not empied. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.
