I think the previous reviews are a tad dramatic. Sure, it's not the best place I've ever called home but it's certainly not terrible. It's cheap, fairly well maintained, and I've never had issues with the management. I have lived here for two years and have always managed to pay my rent on time so I'm confused as to why the previous reviewers have had such a difficult go at this simple task. I would prefer 24 hour laundry access but 9am-10pm is reasonable. I agree that a drop box for rent would be ideal, however, I disagree about having issues with management availability.
