One year living here was more than enough. You would think it's convenient to have the people you pay rent to live at the same building as you, but for some insane reason, they don't have a drop box and they MAKE you come in during their operating hours to pay them in person (monday - friday, 9am - 5pm, Sat, 9am -12pm). Even that would be ok, but they're frequently unavailable during those hours without apology, and as a result you have to schedule time and hope to get lucky and find them...and forget about them ever answering their door when they're home outside of their listed hours.
Pros: Inexpensive, walk-in closet in an otherwise tiny apartment, convenient to sehome plaza
Cons: Moronic management, Laundry facilities often kept locked past 11am on weekends, terrible overall
