I was interested in geting one of their custom made dog houses. First time I went in and and inquired about them I was handed a paper with a list of sheds and a few other items that they make and there was a small section on the dog houses which just said size and price such as MED $59.00 when I inquired as to the dementions hoping for a fer mesurements i was told I would have to go out and look for my self. I did not have time for this so I left. A few days later I call the number on the paper they gave me which after the 17th time calling somebody answered. I again asked for the mesurements and was told that they would have to call me back with that info....ok no problem so when I attempted to give the store clerk my contact number I was told to hold on because he had a customer now that would not have bothered me if not for the fact that when I was on the phone with him he was talking to another clerk about the mesurements so I know he was not there alone and excuse me am I not a customer? I work in customer service and I would get reemed if I treated our customers at work in such a way. At first I liked this place it seemed homely and friendly but I was let down greatly. They will never see me again or deal with any of my friends / co-workers / fellow home owners and neighbors. Please do your self a favor don't waste your time here and don't reward this kind of rudeness and unprofessional behavor in our commiunty.
