I took my niece out to get a full set nail job and a haircut January 13th, 2010. My sister got a manicure as well.
My niece's full set was uneven; not pretty at all. The man who cut her hair messed up and the owner had to re-do it. My niece commented that he did not seem like he knew what he was doing and the ladies seemed to have a hard time understanding English. My sister complained that her manicure was slow and painful.
I went back and told the owner how dissatisfied they were with the service and she became extreemly defensive. Overall, a very bad experience. Even a full refund would not make up for it.
Cons: low quality haircut and nail job, terrible coustomer service
