I've been taking my clothes to Sam for several years now. He knows my name, knows my wife, asks about my life and takes great care of my clothes. He's always conversational and I can always count on him to have my dry cleaning done when it's promised. If there's a button missing or a minor repair that needs to be done he always takes care of it for me, even when I forget to mention it. There's no place I'd rather go.
