I just want to let u all know the experience I had at Norstar apartments with one of your employes Darla .... You should have someone go in and see how this woman treats your tenants . it is not a positive or friendly way. she has no problem being rude yelling or discarding you from her presents when she is not happy .. I have called this woman many times asking about my security deposit and she can not give me a straight answer & when I call there to find out any information kim answers the phone and tells me Darla or Lisa are not in .. But when I call back and use another name they happen to be in the office ( funny ) My son & I broke the lease & the company we work for asked for a 1090 form so the company can have the right paper work & Darla said and would not get this form she never heard of it ... well the company my son works for had to go out of there way & find the form & fax it to Darla so we could get the lease broken & handled she did not go out of her way or do her job ... she treated us like children & told us to go to another room and sit .. well Darla You are not MY Mother you are a poor excuse for the way you represent your company & your self .. I would not send my worst enemy to this complex...
