Review content:
I went there originally to get long lasting nails with polish underneath in a french tip style, but Kim convinced me to get the powder acrylic nails that are supposed to last for 2 weeks since my thumb nail was starting to break on the side. This cost $35. I got them done on a Monday and by Friday one nail chipped off just in time for my flight and cruise that same day. I then returned to the shop on Wed, two days after my return from Miami and requested for them to be removed because by then a couple of more nails began to chip. They normally charge $10 for this but out of the kindness of their heart they didn't charge. However in the removal, it was done piss poorly with acrylic still left on quite a few nails and they were not manicured or anything. Then Kim the so called manager claimed that if I wanted to get what I originally came there to get the first time, she was going to charge me another $25. So basically I would have paid a total of $60 for some nails which is ridiculous. She could have at least filed my natural nails and put on a clear coat once the acrylic stuff was removed. But they were not willing to work anything out to try to get some kind of resolution. I will never go to this establishment again.
