I have has service with this company for years. I put up with my trash cans flung far and wide. Winding up in the ditch or middle of the driveway. I always paid early and over the amount due. then I pulled up some carpet and put it out with trash. They refused to pick it up unless I cut it in 2X2 foot squares. I called to cancel their service and got their voicemail. It said that I could email them at EWS@consolidated net. So I emailed them. I got no reply so I resent it with delivery notification on. They have still not opened it. I just got another BIG bill so I printed out the emails and mailed them with the current bill. Still have not heard from them. I would not recommend them. I do not think I have anyone else that picks up trash here so I may be stuck. I will look some more though.
