Review content:
Los Pinos is by far one of the best mexican restaurants in town and I LOVE mexican food. It's definitely tex-mex and they have the BEST chile rellenos (stuffed poblano peppers) that I have had. The location is a bit remote (off of Hudson Bend Road) but it's worth the drive - thankfully, I live near by! Their salsa rocks and I am VERY picky about salsa. Their mexican martinis are excellent as well, great charro beans, excellent corn tortillas, and guacamole is FANTASTIC. I have watched this restaurant become VERY busy over the past couple of years, so if you try to go on a Friday or Saturday night, go early. Otherwise, stick with a week night. They're also open for lunch. The prices are VERY good...most of the entrees are less than $10's. I highly recommend Los Pinos!
Pros: The food is INCREDIBLE and the service is good
Cons: The ambience is not great, but sometimes the best restaurants are holes in the wall.
