I know Dr. Saeed for a while, and from what I observed communicating with him, he is a genuine intelligent man. I found it absurd to describe a soft spoken person like Dr. Saeed as arrogant. From what I know, Dr. Saeed has high patience and he remains professional. In general, foreign doctors are extra cautious about their patients. Responding back to his patient as described below is no where close to what Dr. Saeed would do. Last, I grew up here, however, I found Dr. Saeed's English far more punctual than mine.
