Businiess name:  Bel - Aire Veterinary Hospital
Review by:  Rebecca H.
Review content:
I am sad to give this Veterinary hospital but a 2 star rating, as there was a time 5 years ago when they cared for our very ill dog and made his final months comfortable ones. However, as the Oak Ridge and Greensboro populations grew, so did Bel Aire. It seems that they care less for the animals and their owners now. The receptionist and vets all seem more rushed and disinterested. We recently brought our puppy there with an animal bite and they asked to keep him there for the day so he could be looked at and treated. So, we left him in their hands. Hours passed and we had not heard from them, so we called for an update. Our puppy had not even been looked at by a vet tech, yet...let alone a vet him/herself. We worried the bite was infected, and that each hour was causing more problems. We expressed this fear to the receptionist who was short with us. We allowed our dog to be treated for his bite, and have since move to a new vet. 5 years ago, I would have recommended Bel Aire to everyone.... but not now. They are now too big a practice for their own good...and definetly too big for the good of your animal. Go elsewhere.
