If I hadn't been there, I wouldn't have believed this. The driver for this company was a nightmare! She was late picking up, she drove down a clearly marked dead end and stated ""Where do I go now"". She stopped a trash truck to ask for directions and asked someone else at the draw bridge plaza for directions. So by this time we are obviously worried that we aren't being taken to the right destination and start asking questions, which really ticked the driver off. She drove past the place we were contracted to be taken and tried to drop us (a group of teenagers and their sponsors) at a sleazy looking strip mall with a distasteful novelty shop (there was an item in the window that had 'Lick it, Slam it, S*ck it' written on it), next to an equally sleazy looking tattoo shop. We found out later this strip mall was over 4 miles from the requested drop off and we were suppose to walk the rest. The sponsors tried to talk with the manager, but the manager wouldn't talk to us. The driver's manager directed the driver to take us to another location, but on the way back, we saw the entrance to where we were suppose to be and the driver refused to take us to the original destination. The driver threatened to drop the entire group off while we were on the draw bridge and started to pull over. And she did all of this while polishing her nails! (yep......you heard it right) In the end, the kids on this trip paid a ton of money to end up being AFRAID to get back on that bus. The decision was unanimous....'whether we get our money back or not......we are not getting back on that bus with her driving it.' So we ended up taking cabs back to our hotel (which BTW, was tons cheaper than the bus to begin with). Oh, and I can't forget to mention that she picked us up with no gas in the bus. She was mad at the manager for telling her that she had to take us to the other location, cuz she didn't have enough fuel to go anywhere. Please, don't spend your money here.
Pros: Really can't say there was anything going for this service
Cons: Never made it there, bus driver didn't know the area, driver had a very bad attitude
