You should use her... I'm sure glad I have. And for so many different things; tapped her for employee advice, profit/loss stuff, taxes, etc. She's never let me down. Roughly once a week we synch software, so we don't even work face to face very often. Let's face it: accounting and bookeeping are boring.... I'd rather be doing other things, but it's got to be done. Always ready, always professional, she get the job by deadline... it really helps if you give her the right stuff she needs, and she'll give you a list of what she needs.
Pros: Easy access, always open and ready, affordable
Cons: What cons? Can't think of any.
