well first it would be nice to have a welcoming feel in a cupcake store...but no not here. the staff was not friendly, and i have been there on at least 3 occasions and it was the same each time. i wanted to give it 3 chances before i formulated my opinion and this was my conclusion. yeah they're cute, we get it...but for almost 3 dollars a cupcake they should taste just as good. i purchased a dozen for my office at 10 am and by 2 pm they were stale and had no flavor. after prying off the 5 inches of thick cream the actual cake part was dry and completely flavorless.... and the same thing happened both other times i bought them. they get dry and stale and the frosting does the same. definitely will not be returning, nor recommending.

Cons: taste like cardboard
