Pars is one of my favorite places since i open it for myself couple of months ago. Great and friendly atmosphere. I have never been to Iran, but when I am at Pars I feel like I am there.
I really like their fresh bread, which is very yummy with smoked eggplant appetizer. And for main dish I usually get Beef kebob or Cornish hen. Trust me, they know how to marinate meat, it is so soft and juicy.
Don't forget to try the Baklavah and Persian ice-cream, both homemade, both delicious!
