I do not really understand all of the great reviews. My daughter and I went to Headcase and both of our cuts looked like they were done at a ""chop shop"" salon. I took in pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. My hair looked nothing like what I asked for and to make things worse.....It was a BAD CUT. It was cut straight across. It pretty much looked like a childs cut and my hair is really thick. My daughters hair turned out okay, but it could have been a lot better. Not only the bad hair cuts but the staff was kind of rude. The receptionist seemed irritated that he had to help us with anything and the stylist was nice but not very social. Plus I was the only client in the salon. I should have known by that.
Pros: Prices are good
Cons: Salon is just average, nothing great.
